SGFIN Stock Summary · April 2026
Management framed the quarter as strong growth underpinned by disciplined credit control, reporting operating income of INR 334 crore in FY26 (up 96% YoY) alongside a record loan book of INR 3,936 crore (75% YoY). Leadership emphasised the supply‑chain finance franchise—short‑cycle, invoice‑backed purchase financing with anchor enforcement clauses and direct payment mechanics—as the structural advantage driving high disbursement volumes and cash‑centric underwriting, while asserting a zero‑tolerance NIL‑NPA posture as a behavioural and governance imperative and acknowledging the inherent risks that prevent complacency. Operational focus centers on monitoring the full procurement‑to‑cash conversion, treating elongation of churn as the primary early‑warning trigger and using relationship teams to remediate stress, which management links to stable credit costs even as they scale. Funding plans favor drawing existing bank lines and phased leverage growth to support AUM expansion, and management reiterated medium‑term ambition with FY27 AUM growth guidance of roughly 35%–40% and a multi‑year target to materially increase AUM while funding through retained profits and bank limits.
