VIP Clothing Limited announced that its Preferential Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 84,75,000 convertible warrants to promoters Sunil Jaykumar Pathare, Kapil Jaykumar Pathare, and promoter group members Kanishk Sunil Pathare and Avyukta Kapil Pathare, as well as non-promoter Sonia Vyas.
