Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd share price ticked higher by 3.40% to Rs 6.38 after the company's net profit tumbled by 75.63% to Rs 2.21 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 85.48% to Rs 1.15 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Education industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 11045.34 crore, rising 0.52%. It has inched up 0.08% over last one week and eased lower by 7.58% in last one month while the market capitalization of Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd has eased by 0.63% and 22.31% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd stood at Rs 3.02 crore in Q2 FY26, nosediving by 2113.33% year-on-year, and tanking 76.30% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, plunging by 938.71% YoY and tumbling by 79.22% sequentially. Total expenses saw a steep drop of 69.77% to Rs 4.12 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 160% to Rs 4.11 crore, and PBT tanked by 2863.64% to Rs 3.04 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 0.01 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.83 crore in FY25. Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd nosedived by 9.80% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 1.97% during the same period.
