Tiger Logistics (India) Limited has received a Compounding Order from the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) Foreign Exchange Department concerning a contravention under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA), related to non-compliance with a post-disinvestment valuation reporting requirement. The RBI has compounded the contravention upon payment of Rs 59,981, with the company stating that the financial impact is limited to this amount and there is no material impact on its operations. The order was received on August 17, 2026, following a disclosure made on February 4, 2026.
Tiger Logistics (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended June 2026, as well as other agenda items, including those related to the annual general meeting.
