TEGA Stock Summary · June 2026
The call was dominated by a transformational acquisition and steady FY'26 operating performance that management says provides a stronger, more diversified platform for growth; consolidated revenue was INR 17,736 million with an adjusted EBITDA margin around 22%. Management struck a constructive tone, stressing disciplined margins and a structured integration program to unite the businesses, standardize processes, capture revenue synergies in the legacy franchise and cost synergies at the acquired business, and strengthen governance and scalability while noting a private equity partner will hold a meaningful minority stake. They acknowledged near‑term execution friction from logistics and late order timing that created a finished‑goods build‑up, yet pointed to a healthy order book (providing visible revenue over the coming 12 months) and expected many orders to convert in the early part of the year as shipments normalize. Funding for the deal is in place, integration planning is underway, and preliminary FY'27 guidance calls for modest consolidated revenue growth and a blended EBITDA margin target in the low‑twenties, excluding future synergy benefits.
