TATATECH Stock Summary · May 2026

Strong Q4 performance marked an inflection point, with total revenue of INR 1,572 crores and quarterly EBITDA of INR 252 crores (16% margin, ~200 bps improvement versus Q3) underscoring improving operational leverage. Management struck a constructive, execution‑focused tone, highlighting priority execution of large multi‑year full‑vehicle programs, active ES‑Tec integration with early cross‑sell proof points, broad deployment of Chromosome AI across delivery lines, and targeted capability investments to deepen aerospace, automotive and industrial exposure while protecting delivery capacity. They acknowledged tensions from one‑off accounting adjustments and modeled commodity and geopolitical pressures, even as collections strengthened and net cash rose materially, and they described hiring as selective to balance ramp needs with margin goals. The company reiterated double‑digit organic top‑line growth guidance for FY27 (constant currency, excluding ES‑Tec), a planned acceleration in H2, an exit FY27 EBITDA margin run‑rate above 18%, continued pursuit of one‑to‑two inorganic deals, and a board‑recommended total FY26 dividend of INR 11.70 per share.
