TALBROAUTO Stock Summary · August 2026
Talbros delivered a record quarter, with total income rising 15% year on year to INR242 crores, EBITDA at INR43 crores and PAT up 35% to INR30 crores, while management said this was the highest revenue and total income performance to date. Growth was led by the gasket and heat shield business, where revenue increased 21% to INR164 crores and EBITDA rose 32% to INR29 crores, supported by strong domestic positioning and a broadening OEM base. Forging was softer at about INR78.4 crores because of delayed order execution and weaker schedules from BMW and GKN, alongside European market weakness and Chinese competition, although management said monthly trends improved through July and August and expected normalization ahead. Exports remained an important growth lever at nearly 25% of revenue, with a target to reach 35% by FY28, while EV-related sales and a new data-center opportunity added to the longer-term mix. Management also highlighted capex of about INR103 crores to support capacity and demand, and said Q1 margins were pressured by inflation and other costs but that pricing should flow through, with EBITDA margin expected to settle around 17%.
