Shareholders also approved an increase and restructuring in the company’s authorized share capital, an increase in investment limits under Section 186 of the Companies Act 2013, and ratified the remuneration payable to the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.

EBITDA tumbled by 6235% to Rs 67.52 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 9.91% to Rs 81.17 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 58.63 crore in FY26, as against Rs 17.72 crore in FY25. Shalimar Paints Ltd jumped 13.62% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.83% during the same period.
