RAYMOND Stock Summary · August 2026
Management framed the quarter as a period of strong growth with profitability holding steady, led by its aerospace-led businesses. Total income rose 13% year on year to INR628 crores, while EBITDA increased 14% to INR100 crores and margins stayed broadly stable at 15.9%. Within that, aerospace and defence was the main driver, with revenue up 40% and segment EBITDA up 25%, supported by expanded capacity and better realizations. Management stressed that the business is moving up the value chain toward more complex subsystems, engine modules and precision assemblies, while maintaining a mix of critical parts to balance growth and return on capital. It also highlighted a strong RFQ pipeline and an order book described as sufficient to support about 25% organic annual growth over the longer term. At the same time, management acknowledged near-term margin pressure from logistics, tooling and wage inflation, offset in part by operating leverage and pass-through discussions. The company expects margins to stay in a similar range in FY27, with quarterly fluctuations possible, while the Andhra greenfield project, aftermarket launch and selective acquisition review continue on a measured path.
