PRITIKAUTO Stock Summary · May 2026
The call opened by underlining a strong year: consolidated FY26 revenue rose 35.32% to INR482.95 crore with EBITDA of INR71.03 crore (14.71% margin). Management struck a confident, execution-focused tone, stressing a deliberate strategic shift toward larger, higher‑value castings and accelerated lost‑foam casting (LFC) adoption to lift realizations and margins, while sequencing staged capacity additions (including a Green Sand expansion in H1 FY27) and disciplined capital allocation. They acknowledged clear tension between robust top‑line and near‑term margin pressure—Q4 margins dipped to about 12% after a raw‑material and gas cost spike—and noted pass‑through typically lags by a quarter with freight and billing terms still being negotiated, which affects cash flow timing. Balance‑sheet discipline remains central: incremental FY27 spends are modest and larger LFC projects will use a mix of debt and equity with an intent to keep leverage below 1.0. Near term, management expects utilization and margins to recover—targeting PAT margins around 15%–16% next year—contingent on improved utilization and no further war‑related disruptions.
