Menon Pistons Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Gurudas Kamalakar Chorage as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) and Ms. Nivedita Sachin Menon as an Additional Director (Executive) at the company's 49th Annual General Meeting held on August 5, 2026. Mr. Chorage’s appointment, initially approved by the Board on June 18, 2026, is for a three-year term expiring on June 17, 2029, while Ms. Menon’s appointment, also initially approved on June 18, 2026, is subject to retirement by rotation. Ms. Menon holds 4,208,660 shares in the company and is the daughter of the company’s Chairman and Managing Director, Sachin Menon.

For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 19.91% to Rs 304.16 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 7.25% to Rs 25.58 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 4338% to Rs 43.72 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 8.36% to Rs 34.48 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 51.0 crore in FY26, as against Rs 38.9 crore in FY25. Menon Pistons Ltd rallied 8.14% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.20% during the same period.
