The board also approved the reappointment of Mrs. Sapna Raghavendra as a Whole-Time Director, also liable to retire by rotation, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Its solutions include DCS/PLC upgrades, robotics-based automation, fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC controls, access management, video surveillance, and other technologies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reliability, and safety.
