APARINDS Stock Summary · June 2026
Management opened by underlining a record FY26 performance — consolidated revenue of INR22,902 crore, up 23.3% year‑on‑year — while setting an aggressive FY27 capex plan of about INR1,500 crore to fund growth. Management struck an upbeat, execution‑focused tone, pointing to strong domestic demand, premium product mix gains (notably in conductors) and a sharp U.S. sequential recovery in Q4 as drivers of top‑line and per‑ton margin expansion, alongside disciplined operations and expanded distribution in cables. They also acknowledged significant tensions: one‑time non‑operating charges that reduced reported PAT, a specialty‑oil supply shock and higher commodity, freight and insurance costs that compressed near‑term margins, plus order deferrals, longer lead times and rising competitive intensity that could shave modestly at EBITDA. Strategic priorities cited were front‑loaded cable capacity, medium‑voltage/data‑center capability for the U.S., and continued conductor premiumization to capture transmission and renewables demand. Near term, management reiterated the INR1,500 crore capex allocation by business and said they expect U.S. cable/conductor growth in FY27–FY28 as approvals and orders materialize, while preparing for near‑term margin pressure.
