IMAGICAA Stock Summary · August 2026
Management framed the quarter as a strong operating performance tempered by transitory weather and pricing effects, with revenue from operations up 20% year on year to INR178 crores and EBITDA up 24% to INR90 crores. Profit after tax rose 30% to INR58 crores, and the EBITDA margin expanded to 50.7%, reflecting operating leverage and cost control. Even so, management said an unprecedented heat wave, about two weeks of non-operation at Khopoli, softer hotel bookings and some pilgrimage disruption in Shirdi affected footfall, while ticket prices were kept slightly softer in price-sensitive markets to support visitation. They stressed that these pressures were temporary, not structural, and highlighted a broader strategy of building a diversified leisure platform across nine parks, a 287-key hotel, and new indoor entertainment through Hello Park, where two locations have already been signed and the model is expected to be capital-efficient. Management also emphasized clearer reporting by catchment, consolidation in Gujarat through Shanku’s, and an ambition to reach a 12-park portfolio by 2030. Near term, they said pricing can be tightened over the next three quarters, alongside disciplined expansion funded by internal accruals and moderate debt.
