Godrej Properties announced that it has sold homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore in its project, Godrej Vanantara, located off Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru. Godrej Vanantara is among GPL's largest residential developments in South India, with a developable potential of ~3.53 million sq. ft. and an estimated revenue potential of ~Rs 3,700 crore. Godrej Properties has allotted 18,221 equity shares under Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme. Consequently with effect from 01 June 2026, the paid up equity share capital has increased to o Rs.1,50,61,29,810 consisting of 30,12,25,962 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
The company plans to develop a premium group housing project on the site, comprising residential apartments across multiple configurations. The proposed development is estimated to have a revenue potential of more than Rs 7,000 crore. The land parcel is located within the DMIC Integrated Township, a 750-acre smart industrial and residential hub featuring plug-and-play infrastructure. The project offers strong connectivity to key transport corridors, including the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar. The acquisition further strengthens Godrej Properties' presence in the Greater Noida market, which has emerged as a key residential growth corridor in the National Capital Region (NCR). The company said it has witnessed strong demand in the region, with two of its project launches in FY26 recording sales bookings of around Rs 1,500 crore each. Godrej Properties has won the bid for a 23.2 acres (93,905 sq. mtr.) residential land parcel in DMIC integrated township, Greater Noida, through an e-auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida. Godrej Properties plans to develop a residential group housing project on the land parcel, which is expected to offer an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 7,000 crore, comprising premium residential apartments of varied configurations. The plot is strategically located in DMIC integrated township, Greater Noida which hosts 750 acres of smart plug-and-play infrastructure. It forms part of the Greater Noida market, a major growth corridor with strong connectivity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Noida Greater Noida Expressway, and upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar. Godrej Properties has experienced strong success in Greater Noida, with two of its recent launches in FY26 delivering sales of approximately Rs 1,500 crore each.

In Q4 FY26, however, the company's booking value remained flat at Rs 10,163 crore as compared with the same period last year. For Q4 FY26, operating cash flow (OCF) was Rs 4,631 crore (up 14% YoY) and free cash flow (FCF) was Rs 626 crore (up 5% YoY). The company's FY2026 OCF stood at Rs 7,830 crore, representing a YoY growth of 5%. Godrej Properties said that it has added 18 new projects in FY2026 with a total estimated saleable area of approximately 33.32 million square feet and total estimated booking value potential of Rs 42,100 crore. The company delivered 12.1 million square feet of projects in FY2026 across 9 cities representing an achievement of 121% of its annual guidance for deliveries in FY2026.
