EXCELINDUS Stock Summary · May 2026
Management framed the quarter as steady growth underpinned by investment and a strong balance sheet, citing standalone Q4 revenue of INR 281 crore (up 13% YoY) and a consolidated cash position around INR 1,100 crore. They stressed a strategic shift toward higher‑value performance chemicals — including biocides and phosphonates — alongside core yellow‑phosphorus derivatives and an expanding contract‑manufacturing pipeline, supported by recent capacity additions (a 2,530 tpa biocides line), a new Rabale R&D centre and planned capex over the next two–three years to improve margins. Management acknowledged input‑cost pressure from rising Chinese raw‑material prices, described passing through increases and moving to shorter, spot‑based procurement windows, and warned of regulatory uncertainty from an ongoing DGTR anti‑dumping probe with preliminary findings potentially around September 2026. They emphasized retaining spare capacity to secure customers, defended a longer‑term growth horizon in response to investor frustration over stagnant EBITDA, and said the Board will evaluate capital‑return requests and disclose material developments as appropriate.
