CHAMBLFERT Stock Summary · May 2026
Resilient execution underpinned FY26 performance, with standalone revenue of about Rs. 20,794 crore (up 25% YoY) and PAT of Rs. 1,950 crore (margin ~9.4%), as management stressed operational stability amid market volatility. They emphasized priorities of completing and ramping the TAN project, growing higher‑margin, value‑added offerings (notably biologicals and specialty nutrients), sustaining complex‑fertilizer supplies, and advancing brownfield readiness and R&D partnerships, while scaling digital farmer outreach. Management acknowledged tensions from raw‑material cost volatility and elevated gas (around USD 18–18.5/unit), which squeezed margins and contributed to higher receivables and short‑term borrowings, though subsidy timing—subsidy receivables stood near Rs. 1,954 crore—was framed as a timing/ accounting effect rather than structural weakness. They described the TAN market as buoyant and expect TAN margins to exceed budget; commissioning carries a conservative nine‑month start‑up assumption implying ~160–170k tonnes this year with a 75–80% target utilization on ramp. Near term, they expect Q1 gas supply to be secure and anticipate subsidy releases in Q1 to ease working‑capital pressure.
