CAMPUS Stock Summary · August 2026

Campus Activewear said the quarter opened with strong double-digit revenue and volume growth, even as management acknowledged several temporary headwinds and cost pressures. EBITDA margins were described as stable and PAT growth as healthy, supported by brand strength, solid consumer demand and disciplined execution, despite geopolitical uncertainty, supply-chain volatility, inflation, higher labor costs and added depreciation from new capacity. Management said an 8% MRP increase taken on 1 April was being accepted well, though the benefit was partly delayed by mix effects, a revised Walmart accounting treatment that reduced reported revenue and ASP by about 2.5%, and a sharp recovery in school shoes, which diluted blended pricing because of its lower ASP. They also emphasized premiumization through sneakers and the new Elan line, while shifting capacity away from uneconomic DIP production toward higher-margin stuck-on shoes. Inventory was built early for the festive season, and store expansion and franchise conversion were described as returning to a more normal, controlled pace. For the near term, management reiterated FY27 guidance for 17% to 19% margins, mid-single to mid-double digit growth, and ASP growth of about 6% to 7% from Q2 onward.
