Arco Leasing Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the shifting of the company's registered office from Plot No. 123, Street No. 17 M.I.D.C. (Marol), Andheri (E), Mumbai – 400 093 India to B-09, Western Edge II, the Western Express Highway, near the Food Corporation of India Warehouse, Magathane, Borivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400066, effective September 21, 2026.

Jain & Co LLP, with the appointment effective August 25, 2026, until the conclusion of the company's ensuing Annual General Meeting. Arco Leasing Limited informed the BSE that M.C.Jain & Co LLP has resigned as statutory auditor of the company and its material subsidiary, ANSU TRADE & FISCALS PRIVATE LIMITED, effective August 14, 2026. The resignation was due to the audit engagement no longer being commercially viable, according to the auditor. Arco Leasing Limited’s audit committee and board of directors will consider the matter and appoint new auditors, with further disclosures to be made upon completion of the process.
