AWL Stock Summary · May 2025
In Q4 FY25, the company achieved impressive revenue growth of 38%, driven by strong performance in its food and FMCG segments, despite facing challenges in the edible oil market due to high palm oil prices. While the food segment remains EBITDA neutral as it invests for future growth, management is optimistic about leveraging recent acquisitions, such as GD Foods, to enhance distribution and market share. The anticipated volume growth of 7% to 8% in the coming year reflects a commitment to capturing market opportunities, although profitability may be impacted by a higher effective tax rate and ongoing inventory challenges. Strategic initiatives, including a focus on sustainability and operational efficiency, are expected to bolster performance as the company adapts to evolving market dynamics.
