VENUSPIPES Stock Summary · June 2026
Strong FY26 revenue of INR 1,166.8 crore and a steady blended EBITDA margin of 16.3% framed a message of revenue growth and margin stability as management emphasized execution of capacity expansion and higher‑value initiatives. They said the bulk of a >INR 200 crore capex program is commissioned, driving increased seamless output and higher utilization, and flagged a dedicated spooling and fabrication push for data centers supported by an INR 70 crore project and a material LOI that underpins demand expectations; trials are planned in Q2 with commercial production by mid‑Q3 and full operation before December 2026. Management positioned exports (above 30%) as a stable revenue pillar while noting Middle East weakness is easing, and cited a diversified order book and near‑term visibility from L1 tenders that could convert in 30–45 days. They reiterated FY27 targets of >20% volume growth, consolidated capex guidance of INR 90–100 crore, and margin progression to about 17% in FY27 (roughly 18% by FY28) as value‑added projects begin to contribute.

VENUSPIPES Stock News & Opinions
The agency has also reaffirmed its 'Crisil A1' rating on the short-term bank facilities of the company. Crisil Ratings stated that the revision in outlook reflects improvement in the business and financial risk profiles of VPTL. Revenue grew to Rs 1,167 crore in fiscal 2026, from Rs 958 crore in fiscal 2025, owing to healthy demand from domestic and export markets. The operating margin stood at 17% in fiscal 2026. Further sustenance of revenue growth and profitability will remain a key monitorable. The ratings continue to reflect the extensive experience of the promoters in the stainless steel pipes business along with increasing scale of operations, healthy operating margin and moderate financial risk profile of the company.
