TANLA Stock Summary · July 2025
In Q1 FY26, the company demonstrated stable growth with a 1.6% quarter-on-quarter and 3.8% year-on-year revenue increase, totaling ₹1,041 crores, alongside a profit after tax of ₹118 crores, reflecting effective cost management. The upcoming launch of an AI-native platform in collaboration with a major Southeast Asian telco is poised to enhance service offerings and drive new revenue streams, despite challenges from competitive pricing pressures and declining enterprise revenue. Management remains optimistic about achieving a 20% EBITDA CAGR over the next two years, supported by new client acquisitions and ongoing integration of recent acquisitions. However, regulatory hurdles and market dynamics pose risks to revenue realization, necessitating a focus on operational efficiency and margin recovery. The company's buyback strategy, now a tender offer, aims to enhance shareholder value, although tax implications may affect the overall benefit to investors.
