Storage Technologies and Automation Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has not received any requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of shares for the periods of July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026; August 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026; and September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018.

Storage Technologies and Automation Limited’s board of directors includes Managing Director Mohammad Arif Abdul Gaffar Dor, appointed in March 2010 and holding 13,50,000 shares, and Chairman and Executive Director Hanif Abdul Gaffar Khatri, who joined the board in June 2016. Other directors are Whole Time Directors Syed Azeem, Afzal Hussain, Nuuman Khasim, and Khasim Sait, all appointed in March 2010. SK Samim Riaz has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 2, 2026, bringing over 22 years of experience in financial management. Khatri and Dor are brothers. ABM & Associates and MUV & Co. have been re-appointed as statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2026-27, effective September 1, 2026, providing services including audit, compliance, and corporate law matters.
