The allotment, priced at Rs 1.05 per share including a premium of Rs 0.05, follows the initial receipt of Rs 22,39,12,500 as a subscription amount for the warrants, which were initially issued on February 18, 2025. Two allottees deposited the remaining consideration amount, totaling Rs 12,01,56,250, and exercised their rights to convert the warrants into equity shares.
