RIR Stock Summary · August 2026
Management described the quarter as a strong start, with revenue rising 29.3% year on year to Rs. 27.16 crores and EBITDA at Rs. 3.98 crores, alongside clear improvement in operating performance and profitability. The tone was constructive, with emphasis on steady execution, margin recovery and the next stage of capacity build-out. Pricing improved as roughly 80%–85% of raw material cost increases were passed through, helped by tighter cost control, staff redeployment and better vendor negotiations, although some older orders were still awaiting repricing and margin sustainability remained dependent on external conditions. A major focus was the Odisha project, where the epitaxy clean room is complete, power infrastructure is in place and revenue recognition is expected to begin in Q3, with FY27 epi wafer sales targeted at Rs. 12 crore to Rs. 15 crore in the second half. Management also said the plant remains much smaller than Halol near term, while the core business excluding Odisha should move above Rs. 30 crore per quarter this year. Funding is progressing, with about Rs. 100 crore of phase 1 capex still remaining and final sanction on a Rs. 70 crore loan expected soon.
