EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 4120% to Rs 8.52 crore, and PBT collapsed by 77.54% to Rs 7.35 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2.69 crore in FY26, as against Rs 18.64 crore in FY25. Semac Construction Ltd crashed 39.84% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.05% during the same period.

Semac Construction Ltd., formerly Semac Consultants Limited, announced that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Harivansh Dalmia as Whole Time Director for a further term of five years, effective August 29, 2026, subject to member approval at the company's upcoming AGM.
