RAMKY Stock Summary · November 2025
In Q2 FY26, the company reported a revenue decline to INR 444 crore, primarily due to the completion of high-margin projects, which significantly impacted margins, dropping from 24.4% to 17.54%. Despite these challenges, management remains optimistic about future growth, particularly from major industrial projects and a robust order book projected to reach INR 12,000 crore by FY26. The company is strategically focusing on enhancing its market position in the water and wastewater sectors while exploring international opportunities, especially in the Middle East and Africa. Innovative funding strategies are being developed to support ongoing projects, and there is a strong intent to declare dividends in the coming years, reflecting confidence in future profitability. However, uncertainties surrounding project timelines and government tendering processes pose risks that require careful management.
