Pfizer announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 75 per equity Share (i.e. 750%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

For the full year,net profit declined 5.88% to Rs 722.43 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 767.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
