PATELENG Stock Summary · May 2026
Solid execution and balance-sheet repair were the dominant message, anchored by consolidated FY26 revenue of INR 5,102 crore and management's projection of roughly 10% revenue growth for FY27. Management struck a measured, execution‑focused tone, highlighting commissioning milestones and strong tunnelling performance—unit commissioning at a major hydropower site, record TBM progress on a treated‑water tunnel and high site volumes of concreting and reinforcement—while prioritizing large hydro and complex underground work aligned with government capex and rail projects. They contrasted this operational momentum and a sizable, hydropower‑heavy order backlog with near‑term cash‑timing constraints from staggered arbitration recoveries and working‑capital needs, which motivated a rights issue, staged land monetizations and targeted asset sales to accelerate debt reduction. Management said finance costs should remain broadly stable as principal repayments offset advances for new projects, and reiterated expectations of strengthening revenue momentum into the second half alongside active bidding and order pursuit and continued focus on execution.
