NRBBEARING Stock Summary · May 2026
Company reported solid growth with durable margin improvement, highlighting operational initiatives as the main driver of profitability. Consolidated Q4 revenue rose 13% year‑on‑year to INR 372 crore and full‑year EBITDA margin expanded to 19.5%, reflecting management’s emphasis on structural actions — greater use of solar, increased automation, yield improvements and renegotiated vendor and logistics pricing — which leadership described as sustainable rather than one‑offs. Management struck a constructive tone on quality of growth while acknowledging timing and translation headwinds that compressed gross margin in the quarter, attributing that shortfall to FX and quarter‑end booking effects expected to normalize. They noted inventories were strategically positioned across India, Germany and the U.S. and were reduced despite strong sales, production is running near mid‑80s utilization with brownfield capacity upgrades underway, and a staged capex program (about half allocated in the near term) focused mainly on machinery will start delivering partial benefits this quarter with fuller commissioning into the second half. Near term, management reiterated modest international growth targets and a deliberate, margin‑protective approach to industrial expansion.
