NDR Auto approves investments in new projects and NDR Auto Components Safety SystemsThe board of NDR Auto Components at its meeting held on 06 November 2025 has approved setting up of a project for manufacturing Seat Belt Reminder System at the existing manufacturing facility of the Company situated at Gujarat in technical collaboration with Fujikura for an investment of Rs. 7.43 crore approx. and for the above-said purpose approved entering into Technical Assistance Agreement with Fujikura.
