Megri Soft Ltd consolidated sales up 14.13% on year in Q2FY2026Megri Soft Ltd share price declined by 1.82% to Rs 81.49 after the company's net profit plunged by 20.83% to Rs 0.19 crore, while revenue from operations increased 14.13% to Rs 1.05 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Data Processing Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 385.82 crore, heading higher 14.13%. It has marginally improved by 1.10% over last one week and fell by 9.37% in last one month while the market capitalization of Megri Soft Ltd has inched up 1.95% and 3.76% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Megri Soft Ltd stood at Rs 0.26 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 36.84% year-on-year, and tanking 18.75% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, surging by 35.00% YoY and tumbling by 18.18% sequentially. Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 29.03% to Rs 0.8 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.19 crore, surging 18.75% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 5.33% to Rs 3.56 crore, while net profit contracted by 17.65% to Rs 0.56 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA dropped by 10% to Rs 0.73 crore, and PBT declined 18.68% to Rs 0.74 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 0.57 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1.86 crore in FY25. Megri Soft Ltd crashed 26.49% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.81% during the same period.
