MEDPLUS Stock Summary · May 2025
In Q4 FY'25, the company demonstrated a strategic commitment to growth, successfully opening 113 new stores despite facing operational challenges such as supply chain disruptions and high attrition rates in urban areas. The focus on expanding private label offerings, which now contribute significantly to revenue, reflects a deliberate shift towards enhancing proprietary products while managing employee incentives to drive sales. While the anticipated addition of 600 new stores in FY'26 may initially yield modest revenues, management remains optimistic about improving operational efficiencies and same-store sales growth.
