MARKOLINES Stock Summary · June 2026

Management framed the quarter as steady, strategic growth driven by technology-led differentiation and an expanding project scope. FY26 revenue stood at Rs.348.49 crore, and management highlighted multi-year expansion underpinned by proprietary maintenance technologies and a shift toward end-to-end, lifecycle “road doctor” solutions that have enabled entries into tunnelling, bridges and non-highway infrastructure. The tone was focused and pragmatic: they positioned themselves as a preferred partner for institutional and sovereign funds, emphasized transparent cost‑plus pricing to protect margins, and described deliberate bidding for larger projects after increasing eligibility from recent tunnel work. They acknowledged tension between profitable growth and margin variability caused by client‑requested pass‑through CAPEX and seasonal execution risks tied to the monsoon, while noting specialized construction provides execution flexibility. Management reiterated conservative capital plans with limited capex and an equipment churn cadence, outlined a pending merger expected to close by end‑FY27, and said they expect PBT/PAT margins to settle in the 7–8% range as the near‑term operating path.
