Total exports rose 1.42% to 2,634 units in June 2025 compared with 2,597 units in June 2024. Titan Company's consumer business registered the growth of 20% YoY in Q1 FY26. Domestic business clocked 19% YoY growth in Q1 FY26. Tata Motors announced that Jaguar Land Rover's (JLR) wholesale volumes for the first quarter were 87,286 units (excluding the Chery Jaguar Land Rover China JV), down 10.7% year-on-year. Retail sales for the first quarter of 94,420 units (including the Chery Jaguar Land Rover China JV) were down 15.1% year-on-year. Macrotech Developers reported 10% jump in pre-sales to Rs 4,450 crore in Q1 FY26 compared with Rs 4,030 crore in Q1 FY25. Collections rose 7% YoY to Rs 2,880 crore in Q1 FY26. On a month-on-month basis, Mahindra & Mahindra's (M&M) total auto sales declined 6.11% in June 2025 compared to 84,110 units sold in May 2025. In the utility vehicles segment, the company sold 47,306 vehicles in the domestic market, registering a growth of 18% YoY and overall, 48,329 vehicles, including exports. The company sold 20,575 units of commercial vehicles (LCV+MHCV) in June 2025, up 18.44% from 17,371 units sold in June 2024. Three-wheelers (including electric 3Ws) sales grew 37% YoY to 8,454 units in June 2025. Total exports for the month stood at 2,634 vehicles, registering a growth of 1% on YoY basis. Domestic sales in June 2025 were at 51,769 units, as against 45,888 units in June 2024, reflecting a 13% year-on-year growth. Total tractor sales (Domestic + Exports) during June 2025 were at 53,392 units, as against 47,319 units for the same period last year. Exports for the month stood at 1,623 units. M&M has been allotted 8.52 crore equity shares at Rs 194 per share (including a Rs 192 premium), for a total consideration of approximately Rs 1,652 crore. The allotment includes both its rights entitlement and additional shares applied for. Following the transaction, M&M's shareholding in MMFSL has increased from 52.16% to 52.49%. In absolute terms, the company now holds 72.96 crore shares, up from 64.44 crore shares earlier. The rights issue committee of MMFSL approved the allotment of 15.44 crore fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 2 each to eligible shareholders and renouncees on 9 June 2025. The shares are expected to be credited to investors' demat accounts as per SEBI's circular dated 11 March 2025. M&M clarified that while MMFSL is a related party by virtue of being a subsidiary, the investment does not fall under related party transaction norms in accordance with SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
