LEMONTREE Stock Summary · February 2026

In Q3 FY26, the company achieved record revenue and EBITDA growth of 15% year-over-year, despite facing margin pressures from increased renovation and technology investments. The strategic expansion of its operational portfolio, including new management contracts and a focus on high-demand locations, positions the company well for future growth, particularly as occupancy rates in India approach peak levels. While challenges in RevPAR were noted in certain markets, ongoing renovations and a proactive rebranding strategy are expected to enhance performance and profitability. Management remains optimistic about upcoming quarters, anticipating significant fee income growth as newly signed rooms stabilize and renovations complete, all while preparing for a transformative demerger that will bolster financial independence.
