The order, received on September 7, 2026, is to be executed on or before January 7, 2027, and includes packing, forwarding, freight, insurance, and GST at 18%, with a guarantee period of 60 months from commissioning or 66 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 16.1 crore in FY26, as against Rs 23.32 crore in FY25. Jyoti Ltd crashed 49.51% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.05% during the same period.
