JUNIPER Stock Summary · May 2026
Management framed the call around strong financial momentum and disciplined, premium‑led expansion, highlighting record FY26 operating revenue of INR 1,047.7 crore and FY26 EBITDA of INR 444 crore (≈42% margin). They stressed prioritizing higher‑yielding consumer segments, premium positioning, and a stronger F&B and events mix—Q4 F&B was INR 84.8 crore with events at 62.5%—and credited asset‑level outperformance for pricing power and margin expansion as portfolio occupancy rose to ~75% (Q4 ~81%). That optimism is balanced by execution discipline and recalibration: the growth target was revised to ~3,320 keys by FY30 from a previously aspirational plan, and management signaled selective, returns‑driven project approval amid investor concerns after a market‑cap decline. Near‑term additions include a phased Bengaluru Westin opening (Phase 1 ~238 keys in Q2 with stabilization into FY27–FY28) and a low cost‑per‑key 500‑room Dwarka lease; total capex for the 1,400+ key expansion is ~INR 1,800 crore with INR ~300 crore in FY27 and INR 700–750 crore in FY28, when management anticipates peak debt but expects leverage to remain below a 2.5x net debt‑to‑EBITDA target.
