HNDFDS Stock Summary · August 2026

The company opened FY27 with its strongest quarter yet, posting record profit after tax and 18% year-on-year growth in total income to INR1,207 crores, even as footwear faced temporary cost pressure. Management described the period as satisfactory and encouraging, highlighting double-digit growth across revenue, EBITDA, PBT and PAT, while reaffirming FY27 PAT guidance of INR200 crores to INR220 crores and saying there was no current need to revise the outlook. The core message was one of continued capacity-led growth: more than INR500 crores of capacity is expected to be commercialized in FY27, with a project pipeline that is materially larger, and capex likely to exceed FY26. Demand remained healthy in food and beverages, ice cream and home and personal care, with record output in several plants and successful integration of the Aurangabad personal care facility, while new expansions in Silvassa, Lucknow and Panipat are advancing. Management also noted that footwear pricing increases have now been passed through, shoes utilization has recovered to 80% to 90%, and profit growth is expected to outpace revenue growth as operating leverage improves.
