Hercules Investments shareholders approved financials, dividends, and director reappointments at AGM

Hercules Investments Limited, formerly known as Hercules Hoists Limited, held its 64th Annual General Meeting on August 13, 2026, via video conference, during which shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and declared a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share. Shareholders also re-appointed Shekhar Bajaj as a director and approved the reappointment of Hariprasad Anandkishore Nevatia as a Whole-time Director, along with material related party transactions and loans, guarantees, securities, and inter-corporate deposits up to Rs 100 crore. The company will communicate the e-voting results and the Scrutinizer’s Report to the BSE and upload them on its website and the MUFG Intime India Private Limited platform.
