Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that Ms. Chetna Vyas has ceased to be an Independent Director of the company with effect from September 9, 2026, following the completion of her second and final term.

Gokul Refoils and Solvent Ltd share price declined by 0.90% to Rs 39.64 after the company's net profit inched up 3.93% to Rs 6.08 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 3.70% to Rs 1016.75 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 16.26% to Rs 3510.85 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 718.23% to Rs 14.81 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 2793% to Rs 7.9 crore, and PBT surged 642.32% to Rs 19.82 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 17.07 crore in FY26, as against Rs 55.59 crore in FY25. Gokul Refoils and Solvent Ltd fell 6% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
