The company also highlighted progress in knitting, with the first 50 machines installed, fabric contributing 15%–16% of sales, and utilization running at 80%–85%, as it works toward a larger ready-to-cut fabric model over the next two to three years. Management said demand remains supported by China, domestic growth and FTAs, but near-term volume upside is limited because utilization is already above 98%. It expects Q2 spreads to stay near current levels, while full benefits from solar savings and larger capex projects will come later.
