GABRIEL Stock Summary · July 2026
Management’s message was that the company is reshaping itself for scale and technology-led growth while reporting a solid quarter from a restructured base. Consolidated revenue rose 15.5% year on year to INR 1,426 crore in Q1 FY27, while EBITDA increased 2% to INR 124 crore, reflecting both operating progress and some margin pressure. The quarter was framed by two completed or approved restructuring tracks: Project Rise has already been executed through the acquisition of a 76.1% stake in Anand CY Myutec and the merger of Anchemco into Gabriel, lifting Gabriel’s share of group sales to 58%, while Project Jupiter adds two strategic transactions, including a 28.99% stake in HL Mando Anand India for INR 2,231 crore and a 30% minus 1 stake in HL Klemove India for USD 98.44 million. Management said these moves broaden the product portfolio and open access to ADAS and other advanced capabilities. At the same time, standalone margins were hit by commodity inflation and timing delays in pass-throughs, and a sunroof-related disruption trimmed volumes by about 15,000 to 20,000 units. Near term, management expects those volumes to return over the current and next quarter, with the new deals funded partly by debt and interest costs beginning next quarter.
