Donear Industries Limited has fixed September 18, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement of members for payment of a final dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 0.54 crore in FY26, as against Rs 70.67 crore in FY25. Donear Industries Ltd nosedived by 13.72% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.05% during the same period.
