DATAMATICS Stock Summary · May 2026
Strong FY26 performance driven by operational efficiencies and deal consolidation produced FY26 revenue of INR 1,987.2 crore and an expanded EBITDA margin of 18.7% (roughly +540 bps YoY), with management attributing improvement to disciplined cost control and acquisition synergies. Management struck a constructive, disciplined tone, emphasizing commercialization of AI platforms, selective M&A as the primary use of surplus cash, limited capital expenditure, and deepening alliances with major cloud and CRM partners to support larger deal sizes and a robust order book expected to ramp next year. They acknowledged meaningful divergence across businesses — consolidation and automation powering Operations while Technologies and Experiences faced near‑term softness from project completions and captive migrations — and noted that reported Q4 profit was weighed by one‑time items while adjusted profitability was stronger. Looking ahead, management expects margins to be broadly steady with modest EBITDA expansion of about 50–100 bps next fiscal year, but cautioned that expensing scaled agentic AI investments could depress near‑term margins and that unbilled revenue timing should taper as milestones complete.
