Darshan Orna Limited has appointed M/s P H Shah and Co. as its statutory auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from fiscal year 2026–27 to fiscal year 2030–31, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting. The appointment, recommended by the Audit Committee, was approved by the Board of Directors on September 1, 2026, and is in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.

Darshan Orna Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from fiscal year 2026–27 to fiscal year 2030–31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Darshan Orna Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the appointment of M/s. P H Shah and Co. as statutory auditor for five financial years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, and M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as secretarial auditor for the same period, both subject to member approval at the company’s 15th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026. The board also approved the notice of the AGM, the directors’ report, and the annual report for the financial year 2025–26, and noted the resignation of M/s. Shah Karia & Associates as statutory auditor and M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates as secretarial auditor.

Darshan Orna Limited will hold a board meeting on August 8, 2026, to consider and approve the Limited Review Report and unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will close 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited standalone financial results, following a closure initiated on July 1, 2026.

Darshan Orna Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that M/s. KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, did not receive any requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of shares during the period from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
