Compucom Software Limited announced that its 32nd Annual General Meeting was held on September 9, 2026, where shareholders approved the re-appointment of Vaibhav Suranaa as Whole Time Executive Director for three years, effective August 1, 2026, and the appointment of Dr. Arvind Kumar Dwivedi as an Independent Director for a two-year term starting June 15, 2026. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 36.75 crore in FY26, as against Rs 33.43 crore in FY25. Compucom Software Ltd tumbled by 35.06% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.81% during the same period.
