CLEANMAX Stock Summary · May 2026
Management framed the quarter as a period of robust scale-up and improving profitability, citing 5,700 MW of contracted renewable capacity (3,100 MW operational) and full‑year EBITDA of INR 1,295 crore. They emphasized execution and customer diversification—notably Data & AI customers now account for ~42% of contracted capacity (roughly 2,400 MW)—alongside repeat business, long PPA tenors and strong counterparty credit as core strategic priorities, while also prioritizing refinancing and asset stabilization to lower financing costs. Management acknowledged tension between rapid commissioning and near‑term operational/market risks: run‑rate EBITDA rose to INR 1,870 crore but newly commissioned plants need 3–6 months to stabilize, some assets face curtailment (one substation ~30%) and new DSM rules remain litigated, prompting a non‑committal evaluation of storage solutions over the next 3–4 months. Balance‑sheet metrics showed year‑end net debt ~INR 9,600 crore (net debt/EBITDA ~4.3x) and eased blended financing cost to ~8.5%. Near term, they did not give formal EBITDA guidance but expressed confidence in achieving at least 1,500 MW of additions in FY26–27 and improving margins toward ~86% over 3–4 years.
