The order includes various construction works such as building a rainwater drainage system near the 13th Mile at CASFOS in Byrnihat, a steel footpath along the left side of Bridge No. 59/4, foot overbridges at multiple locations, service roads, truck lay-by areas and street lighting. In its business update released on 07 May 2025, the company had stated that its City Centre Shopping Mall in Guwahati is currently operating at full capacity. Currently, more than 150 reputed brands operating in the City Centre Shopping Mall. The mall has a lease agreement in place which stipulates a 15% increase in monthly rentals every three years. The second block (three-year term) was end on 31 March 2025, and the increment were taken place effect from 01 April 2025. The second order, valued at Rs 7.38 crore, was awarded by the Water Resource Department for The procurement involves works for Additional High Priority Underwater Riverbank Protection Works (Section 1) and Above Water Riverbank Protection Works (Section 2) in the Lakhimpur (Dhakuwakhana, Bonpuroi), Biswanath, and Sonitpur districts of Assam. This is under Package No. W9-LBS, Lot 3, as part of the ADB's Climate Resilient Brahmaputra Integrated Flood and Riverbank Erosion Risk Management Project. The project aims to address riverbank erosion issues and improve flood resilience in the region. The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) has been issued for the awarded contract, signaling the start of the project. The work is expected to be completed within 14 months. The promoter, promoter group, or group companies do not have any interest in the entity that awarded the orders. Additionally, contracts do not fall within related party transactions, and therefore, the question of them being conducted at arm's length is not applicable.
