ATLANTAELE Stock Summary · May 2026

Strong growth and margin expansion dominated the call, with FY26 consolidated revenue at INR 1,851.5 crore (up 48.8% YoY) and Q4 revenue of INR 747.6 crore (up 81.7% YoY) underpinning EBITDA of INR 344.4 crore and roughly 300 bps of margin improvement. Management struck an upbeat, execution‑oriented tone, highlighting aggressive capacity additions (total production 22,943 MVA; a planned Unit 6 adding ~5,000 MVA) and a prioritized EHV roadmap that secured PGCIL approval to 400 kV and a first 400 kV order while negotiating technology tie‑ups for 765 kV. They noted disciplined capital allocation—~INR 395.46 crore of the INR 400 crore IPO proceeds deployed and combined INR 340 crore of term loans repaid—and reiterated funding capex from accruals with an optional INR 50 crore contingency facility. Management acknowledged tensions from supply‑chain disruptions (mineral oil and OIP bushing shortages), order concentration with ~60–75% state utility exposure, and rising working‑capital needs, and said realizations and margins should remain broadly stable until higher‑kV production scales; they reiterated a roughly 40% CAGR target over the next three years and expect working‑capital days to rise into the 80s–90s.
