ATLANTAELE Stock Summary · July 2026
Management’s message was one of strong execution backed by unusually high order visibility, even as the quarter remained seasonally softer. Q1 FY27 order inflow hit a record INR972.42 crore, taking the order book to INR3,116.63 crore, with management saying roughly INR2,400 crore of the unexecuted backlog should be executed in FY27. Revenue and profitability were driven mainly by higher volumes from new manufacturing capacity and better plant utilization, while gross profit rose 55.5% year on year to INR127.20 crore and EBITDA increased 58.1% to INR77.10 crore, lifting EBITDA margin to 16.5%. Management stressed that the improvement was largely operational, helped by a gradual shift toward higher-value products, including 220 kV transformers now accounting for more than 55% of total orders. Working capital stayed broadly stable despite inventory build for ramp-up and execution. At the same time, the company is investing in inverter-duty transformers, backward integration and exports to broaden its mix and improve resilience. Management said Q1 is typically softer and expects stronger execution in the second half, with additional orders during the year supporting revenue visibility.
